This is me, Sarah Melton, a Personal Trainer at Heros, King's Lynn.
My never ending pursuit to better my knowledge for the sake of my clients shows through. Specialising in nutrition, digestion, resistance training, and hormonal balance, my ability to look at the person as a whole structure enables me to get to the bottom of any issues you may be having.
Soon to be attending Biomechanics Education (Diploma in structural assessment), this will just add another string to my ever growing bow.
But don’t think I can’t put you through your paces in the gym! I'm known by many as the Form Queen: for me, technique is key.

Qualified to Personal Trainer Level 3 Diploma, along with the standard add on programmes, I'm also a qualified Leader in Running Fitness where I help lead a local running group, along with Hero's very own School Run Class on Wednesday mornings.
